We have created two new types of report to help you monitor student progress in Reading Doctor Online. You can access these reports from your dashboard at https://dashboard.readingdoctor.com.
To see the new reports, click on Reporting, then select Sequence All Attempts Report or Homework Report:
Sequence All Attempts Reports
The purpose of a Sequence All Attempts Report is to provide you with a list of all of the activities a student has completed in their phonics teaching sequence. The report helps you to monitor student progress and identify skill areas that the student may be finding difficult.
Each row presents details about a single activity that has been completed by the student as part of their phonics sequence. Activities are presented in the order the student completed them. The Status column tells you how the student went in the activity:
🟢 Green activities are those the student has passed (80% or higher accuracy).
🟠 Orange activities (50-80% accuracy) will be repeated next time until the student passes the activity.
🔴 Red activities (less than 50% accuracy) are those that the student found difficult.
The program will reduce the difficulty level by one the next time this set of targets is presented before the student attempts this activity at this level again.

Homework Reports
Similar to the Sequence All Attempts Report, the purpose of a Homework Report is to provide you with a summary of all of the activities a student has completed for homework. Homework tasks are activities created for the student by the educator through the Educator Login. The report provides you with detailed data to help you monitor student progress in their homework tasks and helps you to identify skill areas that the student may be finding difficult.
Each row represents a homework activity that was completed by the student, presented in the order that the student completed their homework activities. You can click on View Details to see detailed information about the items included in each activity (you can also print or download the report).
